Idaho Logging, Roads and Bridges on CD

1914 to 1938

This Compact Disk contains Eighty-two (82) wonderful black and white scenes of Horse logging, Shays, Bridges, and Roads in the West Central mountains of Idaho. These photos were taken from 1914 to 1938 and show great detail.  Each picture is thumbnailed and annotated with the location (and date when known).  The pictures below are an example of a few of these outstanding images, but the small images cannot begin to show the actual quality on the CD images. Each photo was scanned at optimum resolution, most at 600 dpi, and are truely amazing.

Early Idaho Logging Scenes   

This CD has over 565 megs of images.  A few of these remarkable photos date almost back to the beginning of the US Forest Service.  The Photos are of actual places on the Payette National and Boise National Forests in Idaho. There are too many pictures to show, but here are a few more.....
